Refund & Returns Policy

At Hiddn Archive, every item is carefully inspected before being listed. Because we specialise in vintage and pre-owned clothing, each piece is unique and may show normal signs of age or wear.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is returned in the same condition it was received.

• Original tags (if applicable) remain attached.

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Items damaged after delivery

• Returns requested outside the return period

Vintage Condition

Minor fading, ageing, small imperfections and signs of previous use are considered part of the character of vintage clothing and are not regarded as defects.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive:

• the wrong item, or

• an item with significant undisclosed damage,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

If approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement (where available), store credit or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or an undisclosed defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
